Overview:

A retention bonus of $500 gross will be awarded after 90 days of employment, provided the employee is in good standing with the company. An additional $750 gross will be granted after 180 days, contingent upon continued good standing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Adhere to established standards for production speed and quality.
  • Follow the guidelines outlined in the employee handbook, safety manual, and GMP booklet.
  • Utilize equipment safely and take necessary precautions.
  • Wear assigned personal protective equipment.
  • Report any quality, safety, or mechanical issues to the Line Lead or Supervisor.
  • Operate processing equipment according to training.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area and perform necessary housekeeping tasks.
  • Follow procedures as specified in batch sheets or other approved documents.
  • Inform the team leader or supervisor of any process deviations.
  • Notify the maintenance department of any mechanical issues or potential problems with equipment.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and maintain excellent attendance.
  • Understand quality standards for each product.
  • Comprehend formulas and procedures for preparation tasks, including dough mixing, potato mixing, blanching operations, cheese cutting, baking times, and other specialized cooking tasks.
  • Complete reports as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Be available for overtime during peak seasons or based on company needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory duties.

Qualifications:

Education:

Less than high school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

At least 6 months of experience in a heavy lifting role with a good record.

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.

Reasoning Skills:
