Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Calvin Klein team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and building brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every customer.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Calvin Klein products, promotions, and brand history to effectively communicate value and build customer loyalty.
  • Process transactions, replenish stock, and execute visual and marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
  • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Report any potential theft or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
