Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator-Extrusion to join our team at Mitsubishi Chemical Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our extrusion line, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain the extrusion line, including setup, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
  • Perform quality control checks on products, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in safety huddles and department meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of required process and quality records.
  • Production reporting using barcode system; access and use of SOPs, JSAs, Exhibits, and Control Plans on company intranet.
  • Use of various hand and power tools and measuring equipment.
  • Proficiency with both stand-up and walk-behind Fork trucks: OSHA license required.
