Job Title: Data Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse Manager to join our team at Resource Informatics Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a new Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server data warehouse, ensuring it meets the project requirements and aligns with the overall data strategy of the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement a new Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse
* Develop and maintain Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes to migrate data from the existing DB2 databases to the new SQL Server data warehouse
* Implement data modeling and design techniques to build scalable and efficient data structures
* Design and create data dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI, providing critical insights to stakeholders
* Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the data warehouse and implement solutions

Requirements:

* Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
* Seven or more years' experience in a Business Intelligence (BI), Data Engineer, or an ETL role
* Proven experience working with IBM DB2 databases and Microsoft SQL Server
* Proven track record of successful data warehouse implementations

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the corrections or public safety sector
* Previous involvement in public sector IT projects
* Experience working with large datasets and data lakes
