Job Title: Travel ICU RN

Focus Staff is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel ICU RN to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ICU RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current State License.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in Critical Care in an acute care hospital within the last three years required.
  • Completion of AHA ACLS Provider Course within 12 months of employment required.
  • CCRN preferred.
  • Experience with high acuity CCU/ICU/ER medical/surgical patients is preferred.
  • Associate's Degree or BSN required.
