We are responsible for orchestrating a complete, efficient, and effective bid flow to maximize the number of desirable bids. We measure success of advertiser outcomes along key KPIs and bid effectively on behalf of advertisers. Our decisions are grounded in statistics, control feedback loops, and continuous experimentation. We serve and respond to hundreds of billions of requests annually, and have ambitions to grow that number several orders of magnitude, while maintaining response latencies in the milliseconds. We delight in data, and are constantly trying to enrich our models and make more informed decisions using every bit and byte we have.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
