We are currently offering night shift positions.
Incentives
Covenant Health is pleased to offer a hiring bonus of up to $10,000 for full-time day shifts and up to $12,000 for full-time night shifts for qualified external candidates who meet the necessary criteria. This is in addition to our competitive benefits and compensation package, which begins on your first day of employment.
Qualifications Required:
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Completion of NIH Stroke Scale Training within 90 days of hire.
- A minimum of 1 year of RN experience.

Compensation Details
The salary range provided is the base pay; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
