Job Summary

As a W2 Dry Van Company Driver, you will be responsible for hauling dry goods across the country. This is a solo driver position with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain your vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure safety and security.
  • Keep accurate records of your driving hours and customer interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through daily interactions.
  • Meet customer pickup and delivery schedules while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Submit customer paperwork and deposits in a timely manner.
Benefits
  • Competitive pay with a total weekly average of $1,500 - $2,000.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
  • Paid vacation time.
Home Time
  • Expect to be out on the road for 28 days at a time.
  • Have the option to stay out longer if you prefer.
  • Receive 2 days of home time for every 12 days worked.
  • No guaranteed weekends home.
Requirements
  • Class A license with no restrictions.
  • 15 months of tractor-trailer experience.
