Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
  • Utilize the nursing process to address health educational needs for patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Manage patient care assignments and organizational tasks to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Act in a clinical leadership role to apply knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Current licensure in the state of Kentucky
  • Certification in area of specialty preferred
  • One to two years of clinical experience preferred
  • CPR certification required
  • ACLS and NRP certification required within one year of hire
  • Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification through AWHONN preferred
