As a Part-time Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, building rapport, and setting up complimentary consultations to discuss our innovative solutions. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team, who focus on lead generation for the most recognized and industry-leading brand on the market. You'll also receive paid professional training to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be outgoing and enthusiastic, and enjoy talking to people. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn and grow are essential for success in this position.
The estimated salary for this role is $20-$29 per hour, with uncapped bonuses based on performance. Additionally, you'll have access to benefits such as PTO, an Employee Assistance Program, and opportunities for growth and development through our Green Diamond Marketer program.
