RN - Float Pool, Day or Night, Full Time

We are offering a sign on bonus to attract exceptional nurses to our Float Pool unit. The bonus amount varies based on experience:
- $13,000 for 1-2 years of experience
- $15,000 for 3-4 years of experience
- $20,000 for 5+ years of experience
We also offer:
- Paid Time Off: up to 80 hours based on experience (full time only)
- Relocation Assistance: $7,000 (full time only)
- Float Pay: $4.00/hour
Mercy Springfield is seeking skilled nurses for our Float Pool unit. The role offers flexibility with day and night shifts available. You will have the opportunity to work in various specialties, including Med Surg, ED, Critical Care, and Behavioral Health.
As a Float Pool RN, you will rotate daily to assigned areas. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in different settings and develop your skills.
RequirementsTo be eligible for this role, you must have:
- One year of clinical nursing experience
- Graduate of a state-approved professional nurse program
- Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card
Mercy has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
