We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Communications Operator to join our team at New York Cancer & Blood Specialists. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities- Answer high-volume telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter accurate and timely data into our computer system.
- Protect patient confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- At least 1 year of experience as a call center operator, preferably in the medical field.
- Excellent computer and customer service skills.
- High school diploma required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Salary up to $22 an hour based on experience and education.
- Tuition Reimbursement.
