Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collector - Corporate to join our team at Atlantic City. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for tracking and collecting gaming balances from customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and enter all contact with customers having balances
  • Communicate with corporate staff and management regarding customer gaming balances
  • Communicate with customers via phone or other approved means to collect gaming balances
  • Make high-level decisions to optimize collection of gaming balances for the profitability of our casino
  • Utilize daily debtor scroll and update customer accounts to include personal information, bank information, dispositions, and alteration of deposit dates
  • Enter returned items, payments, and change agency assignment status for individual returned items
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary by Department Manager and Director

Qualifications

  • Work in a stressful and dynamic environment to support decisions and provide information to other corporate departments
  • Must be able to dial numbers and talk on the phone for extended periods
  • Able to perform advanced problem solving and initiate/follow-through with financial negotiations
  • Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Proficient with Windows Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Able to learn new corporate database programs
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with ability to stay focused on task and operate under tight deadlines
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations
  • 5+ years experience in corporate industry experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required, Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
