Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Underground Utilities Foreman to lead our excavation teams in wet and dry underground utility projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently, and mentoring junior team members.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in the underground utilities trade, with at least 3 years of experience as a working foreman and a minimum of 5 years overall experience in the trade.

A competitive hourly rate of $35-$50, based on experience, awaits the successful candidate. We also encourage applications from candidates interested in operator, grade checker, and pipelayer positions.

All team members are expected to be self-sufficient and able to transport themselves to and from job sites. A valid driver's license is required for employment, and we anticipate hiring qualified candidates within 1-2 weeks.
