We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Facilities and Transportation at Elim Christian Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, direction, and monitoring of all aspects of our facilities and transportation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of staff, operational, and fiscal oversight of the organization's facilities and transportation systems.
- Coordinate assigned activities with other organizational departments and outside agencies.
- Provide strategic leadership in the facilities and transportation arenas.
- Oversee the Facilities Manager and Transportation Manager.
About Our Facilities:
We have a beautiful 32-acre campus housing 4 program buildings and 1 program building located in Orland Park. Our facilities are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for our students and clients.
About Elim Christian Services:
At Elim Christian Services, we support children and adults with developmental disabilities in pursuing their fullest God-given purpose and potential through a variety of services. These include pre-school to high school special education, therapeutic and educational programs for students with autism spectrum disorder, vocational training and life skill opportunities for young adults 18-22, day programs for adults with disabilities, and learning programs as an organizational and community catalyst for change.
What We Offer:
- Competitive starting pay of $95,000 - $105,000/yr.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field required.
- 5-7 years of experience in Facilities Management.
- Experience with an industry-proven Building Management System or Building Automation System.
