As an Interior Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting maintenance and related tasks in guest units and common areas. You will be accountable for diagnosing issues, performing necessary repairs, or effectively communicating requirements to your supervisor in a timely manner. You will also coordinate with other departments regarding repair statuses and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. Maintaining a clean and professional work environment is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing unit maintenance requests as assigned
  • Executing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Managing plumbing tasks as required
  • Overseeing pool testing and treatment
  • Handling painting assignments as needed
  • Troubleshooting maintenance challenges
  • Performing general labor tasks, including snow removal and moving furniture
  • Traveling between properties as necessary
  • Exhibiting basic carpentry and related skills
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Carpentry skills necessary
  • Ability to lift and carry loads up to 50 pounds
  • Basic construction and building skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Mechanical aptitude is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to work independently
