Job SummaryWe're seeking an Inspection Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for ensuring production efficiency and quality, troubleshooting equipment and setup issues, and maintaining a high level of productivity. If you're a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a solid mechanical background, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Actively monitor and ensure production efficiency and quality, completing all required documentation and reports with accuracy.
- Troubleshoot equipment and setup issues, perform necessary testing, and understand the corrective actions needed to achieve successful outcomes.
- Assist in reducing the need for remakes by promptly identifying and addressing problems.
- Perform clean-up and maintenance tasks according to company SOPs.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting the department's expectations for setup time and run speeds.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with all production staff.
- Solid mechanical background.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
