About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, establishing outcomes-centered plans, and delivering effective care management across a patient's episode to ensure timely, progressive, and high-valued care for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including orthopedic and sports-related injuries
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the clinic care team to drive consistent and predictable positive outcomes for patients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, leveraging ATI's National Outcomes Registry and proprietary EMR and Patient Management Tool

Requirements
  • Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state to which you are applying
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
