Role Summary

As a Member Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Member Experience Team, assisting with initiatives and objectives aimed at delivering outstanding experiences for our Club Members. Our mission is to provide a Warm Welcome, craft Magic Moments, and ensure Fond Farewells.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Assist Members and Guests in navigating the Club, providing concierge services, and consistently aiming to create Magic Moments.
  • Educate Members and guests about Club offerings, features, upcoming activities, and amenities, whether in person or via phone.
  • Support Members with scheduling and reservations for Club programs, upholding high service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Club's entrance and surrounding areas, ensuring all necessary supplies are available for Members and Guests.
  • Contribute to various Member Experience projects such as Club newsletters, website updates, event promotions, and marketing initiatives to effectively showcase Club services.

About You

  • At least one year of experience in hospitality or a related sector.
  • A proven service-oriented mindset, ensuring every guest feels appreciated.
  • Exceptional communication abilities across multiple channels including verbal, written, phone, text, and social media.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in utilizing various systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive demeanor and a collaborative spirit within a team environment.
  • Capable of multitasking efficiently, managing time effectively.
