We are seeking a talented and innovative pizza specialist with expertise in wood-fired cooking to enhance our culinary offerings. Competitive compensation is available, either hourly or salary based on the agreed schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft authentic, handmade artisan pizzas utilizing a wood oven while upholding Arpeggio's exceptional quality standards.
  • Continuously strive to create high-quality, inventive, and appealing pizza menu options for our patrons.
  • Develop and adhere to recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines established by the restaurant.
  • Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils, while strictly following sanitation, food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in pizza preparation within a high-volume dining environment.
  • Personable demeanor and professional appearance, as the pizza preparation area is visible to guests.

  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Willingness to work 45-55 hours per week.
  • Two professional references are required.
