We are seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in a traveling capacity. This role involves working in various locations while delivering high-quality radiation therapy services.
Certification Requirements- Hepatitis B documentation is mandatory.
- A valid 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) is required.
- Varicella immunity or vaccination is necessary.
- Tdap must be valid for 10 years.
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and patient records are maintained.
- Must hold an ARRT certification.
- Possess a valid IEMA license.
- Experience with Trubeam technology is essential.
- AHA certification is required.
- Current license and primary source verification must be completed prior to assignment.
- Verification through Nursys quick confirm is necessary.
- Compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission - NPSG, and OSHA topics is required.
- Ascension Biometric consent is mandatory.
- Completion of Ascension Non-Nursing Contingent Worker Pre-Hire Modules/Attestation is necessary.
- Onsite onboarding for Medical Imaging Contract Workers is required.
- Vaccination or positive IGG titer documentation is needed.
- Annual fit testing is required.
- Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination is necessary.
- Influenza vaccine is mandatory for all new travelers.
