Position Overview:
A dedicated team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office is in search of a proactive individual to fill the role of Client Associate. This position involves collaborating closely with our Private Advisor team and engaging directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will represent the practice, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, while being motivated to advance in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and manage the administration of client accounts.
  • Facilitate the processing of new accounts and account maintenance, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are accurately completed.
  • Monitor daily activities and reconcile client transactions, funds transfers, and trades against various clearing firm systems for accuracy.
  • Handle all client cashiering requests, including money market redemptions, wires, checks, journals, and check deposits.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting client seminars and events.
  • Generate expense reports for submission using Concur.
  • Provide administrative and office management support to the team.
  • Prepare client correspondence, secure necessary management approvals, and ensure timely transmission.
  • Assist in the preparation of essential documents, PowerPoint presentations, and reports for client meetings.
  • Maintain organized client files and complete necessary filing tasks.
  • Participate in compliance and continuing education training sessions as mandated by regulatory agencies and the firm.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of prior client service experience in the financial industry or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Possession of Series 7 & 66 is preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
  • A BA/BS degree is required.

Skills:

  • Strong client-facing, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment while managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
