About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C) or Psychologist to join our team at PGS NH Care. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide essential psychotherapy services to seniors in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family counseling to clients in long-term care facilities.
  • Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrators, directors of nursing, and directors of social services.
  • Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements
  • Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care.
  • State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C) or Psychologist.
  • Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend calls).
  • Ability to stand for 20 minutes.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds.
