Shifts Available:
  • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Double Weekend Shifts: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM

- $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time candidates
  • Starting hourly wage of $16
  • Additional pay for evening shifts
  • Paid Time Off (PTO+) after 30 days of service

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming and bathing
  • Monitor and document vital signs and dietary intake
  • Deliver both direct and indirect care services to residents
  • Maintain effective communication with residents and team members

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid CNA certification in Oklahoma
  • Prior experience in long-term care is advantageous
  • Ability to respond promptly in emergency situations
  • Strong communication skills
