Position Summary:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer - E.I.T. to provide essential engineering support across various projects focused on residential and site development. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of current regulatory design standards, enabling them to make informed decisions and offer professional recommendations for infrastructure planning and design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for new project acquisitions, including identifying constraints, preparing cost estimates, and developing project timelines.
  • Create design plans for regulatory agency and client approvals.
  • Assist the Project Manager with engineering design tasks, technical documentation, and construction oversight.
  • Coordinate engineering services for projects, focusing on infrastructure design and drainage systems.
  • Participate in project meetings and remain informed about regulations and criteria from regulatory agencies.
  • Implement innovative design concepts aimed at enhancing cost efficiency.
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to improve customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure timely project completion.
  • Be available for overtime and overnight travel as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited institution; active E.I.T. in the required state, with eligibility for P.E. License.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of engineering experience in Land Development Projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and Arc GIS is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective time management and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
