Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Physician to lead our primary care team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including diagnostic testing, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and guide Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Clinical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and maintain board certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Your Qualifications
- Medical Expertise: Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with 2-4 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics.
- Clinical Competence: Proven ability to handle complex patient cases, including diagnoses, treatments, and referrals.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in EMR systems, particularly Allscripts, to document patient care and streamline clinical workflows.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of healthcare professionals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
