Echo/Vascular Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Echo/Vascular Technologist to join our team. As a dual registered Echo/Vascular Technologist, you will perform routine and complex echocardiography and vascular duplex ultrasound examinations, providing preliminary interpretations of studies performed. Your expertise will include trans-thoracic, trans-esophageal, stress, and contrast echocardiograms, as well as peripheral venous and arterial exams, extra cranial cerebrovascular exams, visceral vascular, and renal vascular exams.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of previous Echo/Vascular related experience and registration in echocardiography and vascular technology/sonography by either the American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers or Cardiovascular Credentialing International. You must also be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge and skill in the performance of trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms. Experience in placing intravenous lines and administration of IV medications is desirable, as is experience in EKG interpretation and cardiac and vascular stress testing.
