About Our Bakery Team

We're seeking a talented Bakery Team Member to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a member of our Bakery Department, you'll be responsible for producing and packaging a variety of baked goods, including breads, bagels, and sweet treats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake and produce high-quality baked goods to meet customer demand
  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer questions in a timely manner
  • Ensure a clean and well-stocked bakery area, including cases and aisles
  • Help maximize sales through effective procedures for stocking, rotating, and merchandising product
  • May assist with unloading daily deliveries and stocking cases and displays
