Job Summary:

This role works at the Pediatric After-Hours site located at the Community Campus. Pediatric patients are seen independently with a nursing team similar to an Urgent Care setting. Medical Director support is available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients
  • Work collaboratively with a nursing team to manage patient flow and ensure efficient care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • NYS licensed/registered NP or PA required (NYS NP specialty area of certification must be consistent with practice)
  • Must have NPI number and be Medicare Enrolled with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) OR be eligible for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire
  • Initial certification must be present or obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pediatric experience

Work Schedule:

Shifts: M-F 4p - 11p, Sat & Sun 12p - 9p

Compensation:

$92,000 - $147,004 (based on full-time, 1.0 FTE and prorated accordingly for less than 1.0 FTE)
