Nurse Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Unit Manager at Summerford Health and Rehab. As a Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting and restoring patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of their care.

• Promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient's care
• Direct and develop nursing staff by creating schedules, offering advice, and answering any health-related questions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff
• Provide physical and psychological support for patients, as well as their friends and families
• Maintain the nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
• Assure quality of care by developing and interpreting hospital and nursing divisions
• Enforce adherence to the state board of nursing and state nurse practice requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Current CPR certification
