Rehabilitation Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Director to join our team at TMC. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will play a vital role in the care and recovery of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care Execution: Under the supervision of an occupational therapist, you will execute therapeutic plans designed to help patients develop, recover, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.
- Activity and Program Planning: You will contribute to the planning and selection of therapeutic activities tailored to the individual needs and interests of each patient, applying creative and practical approaches to meet therapeutic objectives.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitoring and documenting patient progress is a key responsibility. You will observe changes in patient performance and behavior, report these observations to the occupational therapist, and adjust therapy interventions accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
- Patient and Family Education: You will educate patients and their families about the therapy process, the use of adaptive equipment, and home modifications, providing clear instructions and support to ensure that therapeutic practices are continued at home.
- Degree: A degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- License/Certification: Current license/certification in the state of practice.
