Position Overview:

This role includes conducting quarterly contract status reviews (CSRs), developing precise estimates to complete (ETCs), and performing variance analysis. The individual will assess the financial performance of programs and provide insightful analysis and recommendations regarding performance, financial CSR, and long-range planning (LRP) positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with senior personnel across the organization effectively.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Be a proactive self-starter, eager to ask questions and learn.
  • Build in-person relationships to gather data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations.
  • Resolve issues and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate effectively to generate discussions and inquiries during meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the CSR process.
  • Strong working knowledge of EFS System and Model Data Reporting (MDR).
  • Previous experience with Tactical Missiles Production Program.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn computer interfaces and execute basic business functions, including cost analysis principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, including the development and use of pivot tables and other advanced functionalities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Aptitude for facilitating results, with a self-starter attitude and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
Security Clearance Requirement:
This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.

Work Environment:
This role allows for part-time remote work, with a portion of the schedule to be completed at a designated facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Options:
Lockheed Martin offers various alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Options include standard 40-hour work weeks or condensed schedules that allow for extra time away from the office, in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
