MGBMG offers a wide range of services, including primary care, behavioral and mental health, specialty care, outpatient surgery, endoscopy, imaging, lab services, infusion, and urgent care both digitally and in-person in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
The OpportunityAs an Ambulatory Clinical Educator, you will play a vital role in our practices, providing essential support to ensure exceptional care.
You will work closely with a team of professionals, serving as a facilitator, academic liaison, and educator, to meet federal, state, and accreditation body requirements.
This involves ensuring adherence to regulations set by DEA, CLIA, OSHA, Board of Pharmacy, TJC, and CMS.
Besides ensuring regulatory compliance, you will help establish a culture that fosters clinical excellence throughout our locations. Collaborating closely with a teammate, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical education for around 150 employees.
Your duties will include developing and implementing educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of RN, LPN, and MA staff.
In addition, evaluating program effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
