Family Medicine Physician

Munson Healthcare is seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Manistee Primary Care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in family medicine, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Board eligible/certified for internal or family medicine practice in the State of Michigan.
- Successful completion of an approved U.S. residency training program approved by the Accrediting Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) of the American Medical Association, or the American Osteopathic Association or its equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quality, independent medical decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
