Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health Care Professional. As an RN with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families, while also advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes, including pediatric and adult patients with a range of medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify care needs, and make recommendations for interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Experience in home health care or a related field (pediatric or adult care)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
