Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management, development, and execution of Engineering Change Proposals within the IT infrastructure and Network Architecture domain.
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes.
  • Proven self-management and team-management skills, with the ability to monitor and control project budgets.
  • Make decisions under pressure, possessing expert managerial, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including JSP customers, Government POCs, Contracting Officer Representatives, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of proposed technical solutions.
  • Analyze requirements and make recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Document project approach and schedule using Project Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Inform COR of project completion, conduct Quality Assurance Inspection, and submit Independent Government Delivery, Receipt, and Acceptance Verification form (DI&A).
  • Coordinate with JSP customers for timely acceptance of DI&A forms.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years as a Lead Project Manager; 5+ years in DoD IT environment Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required); Master's degree (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional Certification (minimum)
  • Active Secret Clearance
