Job Title: Flexologist

At StretchLab, we're seeking a skilled Flexologist to join our team of experts in the field of assisted stretching. As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches as well as leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality assisted stretch sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
  • Lead group stretching classes, motivating and encouraging clients to achieve their flexibility goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of stretching programs and services.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve studio goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training and instruction.
  • Fitness certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues.
  • A passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Compensation:

$30.00 per hour.
