Marketing Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Generalist to join our team at IWorQ Systems. As a Marketing Generalist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email campaigns to promote our products and services
• Optimize our website for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic
• Create engaging content for our blog and social media channels
• Improve communication with our clients through regular updates and feedback
• Build relationships with new customers through phone and email outreach
• Manage the setup process of widgets on client websites
• Track customer widget information on a Google sheet
• Update flyers and guides as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using marketing tools such as Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite
• Technical industry knowledge is a plus
• Experience with GA4 Analytics is a plus
• Experience with webinars and online meetings
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Detailed note-taking and problem-solving aptitude
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• A customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively with other departments

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Experience working with a blog
• Experience in Google Suite, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Customer service skills
