Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. This is an exciting opportunity for a Radiologic Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in various settings, including patients' homes and facilities.

• Perform mobile diagnostic imaging procedures using portable radiologic equipment, ensuring patient safety and maintaining high standards of image quality.
• Operate equipment safely, follow company protocols, and adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations related to portable imaging procedures.
• Collect and verify required documentation, prepare patients for exams, and transmit images in a timely manner according to company protocols.
• Assist with order taking, validation of studies, communication with reading radiologists, customer call-backs, and other administrative functions as directed.

• Meet all state-specific and federal requirements to perform portable x-rays, including one or more of the following: registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiologic Technologist RT (R), state x-ray license (if applicable).
• Valid state-issued driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds and work a varied schedule that may require evenings, holidays, and weekends.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer competitive pay and benefits, shift differentials, and on-call pay.
