Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team at Performance Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, loading, and moving materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform various tasks such as cleaning and preparing worksites, operating equipment, and following instructions from supervisors.
Assist in measuring, cutting, or shaping materials as needed.
Maintain a safe working environment and report any issues or potential hazards to supervisors promptly.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Laborer or similar role is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Good hand-eye coordination and endurance.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and possibly nights when needed.
A valid Driver's license is required.
