Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional service, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Optometric Care: Ensure that all patients receive the highest quality optometric care, including pre-examination testing and coaching on contact lens care.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of our products and services, including lenses and frames, and assist customers in selecting the best options for their needs.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including visual displays and inventory management.
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of current fashion trends and optical products.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues.
