Job Title: Lead Dotnet Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Dotnet Developer to join our team at Compunnel Inc. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using .NET Core/ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core/ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Implement and maintain database solutions using SQL Server or other relational/ non-relational databases.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
  • Build up the knowledge to handle the production issue and provide timely resolution.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in development using .NET technologies.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience in Entity Framework, dapper, Microservices.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, Step functions, Event driven programming.
