We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Nurse to join our team at St. Mary's Health Care System. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and efficient surgical environment.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after surgery
- Create and maintain a sterile and safe environment
- Provide preoperative and postoperative instruction to patients and families
- Monitor the physiological and psychological status of patients
- Coordinate patient care and act as a patient advocate
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
- Must have a minimum of one year of operating room experience
- Must be American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certified
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Experience as a Certified Surgical Nurse
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with rotating late days and no call or weekends.
