We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in the North Highlands area. This position focuses on helping students with speech and language difficulties achieve their educational and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Intervention: Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders in students.
  • IEPs and Progress Evaluations: Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs and conduct regular progress evaluations to adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current California SLP license.
  • Experience: Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including $68,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
