• Collaborate with the MOD and store team to ensure executional excellence and winning results.
• Manage KPIs and hold high accountability for delivering exceptional patient service.
• Establish the Brand as the leading optical provider within the community.
• Operate as a successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market.
• Place the patient/customer first and deliver excellent service.

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid organizational skills.
