The Cohen Children's Heart Center sits across the Department of Pediatrics of Northwell Health, under the leadership of the System Chiefs of Pediatric Cardiology and Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery. As a highly collaborative and multidisciplinary team, we strive for clinical and academic excellence, with a strong commitment to further growth and innovation.
About Our Programs
Our imaging team currently reads over 15,000 studies annually, including 4,000 fetal echocardiograms. An early fetal ECHO program has started and is rapidly growing. We have a team of two dedicated nurse coordinators for our multidisciplinary fetal heart program, ensuring seamless communication between cardiology, obstetric, surgical, and other supporting services.
