Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director to lead our pediatric hospitalist program. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified pediatrician with significant experience in pediatric hospital medicine and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and direction for the pediatric hospitalist program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pediatric care.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care, collaborating with hospital administration and other departments to optimize patient care processes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor and support pediatric hospitalist team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Participate in the recruitment and retention of hospitalist pediatricians, contributing to the growth and development of our team.
- Develop and implement protocols and best practices for pediatric care delivery, staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines.
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in pediatrics.
- Active medical license in the state of practice.
