Physician Advisor for Independent Medical Exams

Dane Street, LLC is seeking a skilled Physician Advisor to join our team of independent contract reviewers. As a Physician Advisor, you will utilize your clinical expertise to review medical records and provide advisory opinions on the medical necessity of services provided by other healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will hold a WI license and be Board Certified in Neurology with experience in concussions. Independent Medical Exams must be completed within 50 miles of New London, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical records and provide advisory opinions on medical necessity
- Ensure that rationales for determinations are clear, concise, and contain adequate supporting documentation
- Identify and utilize current criteria and resources to support sound decision-making
- Return cases on or before due dates and times
- Maintain proper credentialing and state licenses
