Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Cloud Strategy: Oversee the strategic direction, planning, and execution of our cloud and infrastructure operations to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of our IT systems.
  • Lead Cloud Operations Team: Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals responsible for cloud architecture, infrastructure deployment, and ongoing operations.
  • Design and Implement Cloud Solutions: Drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
  • Manage Infrastructure Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring reliability, availability, and performance.
  • Optimize Cloud Costs: Develop and implement strategies for optimizing cloud costs while maintaining performance and reliability.
  • Ensure Security and Compliance: Collaborate with the security team to ensure that cloud and infrastructure operations adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with cloud service providers and other infrastructure vendors.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts, review service level agreements, and ensure optimal vendor performance.
  • Develop Disaster Recovery Plans: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans for infrastructure operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in leading cloud and infrastructure operations in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure technologies. Strong knowledge of security best practices, compliance requirements, and data protection measures. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, mission-critical IT environments.
