Job Summary
The Registered Nurse - Triage Coordination role at ThedaCare Physicians - Shawano is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to join our team. As a triage coordinator, you will play a critical role in assessing patient needs and coordinating care with our interdisciplinary team. This position requires strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess patient condition and develop plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team. Identify ways to improve patient experience, streamline care processes, and lower costs while promoting quality. Demonstrate clinical expertise in the provision of care, perform all functions of the professional clinical nurse (RN), and contribute to a professional environment that encourages mentoring, engagement, and development.

Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain within five years. Current Wisconsin RN Licensure and American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS). Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Frequent exposure to sharp objects and instruments. Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock.

Benefits
ThedaCare offers a competitive salary range of $ $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
